At eliaselias, we offer spaces shaped by time and formed by light — designed for creatives to create content, carry-out conceptual campaigns, and tell new visual stories.
Our historical property features three distinct settings, each with its own texture and atmosphere. Large industrial windows let soft daylight pour in — the same natural light we work with ourselves, letting one’s creativity unfold alongside the ever-shifting presence of light and shadow. Patinated surfaces and architectural details provide unique characters and depth.

The Mediterranean Corner
A sunlit corner with southern charm.
Tucked away in a quiet corner of the property, this intimate room has a truly unique character. Four large windows open onto the green fields, letting in a soft, warm light that reveals the raw concrete, exposed brick and old wooden beams — it almost feels like standing in an old villa in the Italian countryside.
The Mediterranean Corner is ideal for quiet scenes, product shoots or portrait work.

Arrival and access
We’ll welcome you on site at a pre-agreed time and help you get settled. Some of the spaces are located on upper floors or in separate buildings, and we’re happy to assist with carrying equipment, furniture, or other materials.
