The sofa features an expressive architectural frame with substantial paneled sides, shaped legs and a beautifully curved front apron. Numerous hand-carved details decorate the construction, including circular rosette motifs, giving the piece a distinctive and highly decorative character.
The warm elm displays a beautiful natural grain and rich golden tone, emphasizing the craftsmanship and sculptural quality of the frame. The combination of geometric proportions, curved elements and detailed carving gives the piece a characteristic Scandinavian interpretation of Art Nouveau design.
The seat and backrest have been newly reupholstered in high-quality natural shearling lambswool, adding softness, texture and exceptional comfort while creating a beautiful contrast with the warm wooden frame.
