A beautiful set of six sculptural dining chairs in solid oak by Henning (Henry) Kjærnulf, Denmark, 1960s. The chairs carry the distinctive organic language known from Kjærnulf’s work — carved legs, bold proportions and a warm expression rooted in Scandinavian craft tradition.

The frames are executed in oak with a lovely grain structure and a tactile surface that highlights the hand–crafted detailing. The seats and backrests are upholstered in a distinctive red savak wool with decorative woven stripes, complemented by brass nail trim along the edges — a classic combination balancing rustic elegance and Nordic charm.

This set will complement many interior styles. A Modern, Classic, Antique, Scandinavian or an Art Deco home decor. With a heavy focus on functionality, this design style leans toward modernism, while incorporating coziness. The Scandinavian design style aims to provide a way for people to live more sustainably and in harmony with one another.
