This sculptural Swedish 'Kubbstol' (Stump Chair) is carved from a single, massive birch trunk—an iconic example of traditional Scandinavian craftsmanship from the mid-20th century. The chair displays the natural beauty of birch in two striking expressions: the smooth, warm-toned interior shell, richly patterned with organic, flame-like markings, and the rugged exterior base, where the raw, pale wood retains the character of the original tree.
