An Ellebreak is our invitation to pause for a moment. A series of small escapes where we step away from the workshop and into the gardens, homes and landscapes that inspire the way we live, collect and create.
For our first visit, we spent a day with Dorte, the gardener behind Ellebaek.

Surrounded by a traditional thatched farmhouse in the Danish countryside, her garden unfolds naturally through fruit trees, overflowing terracotta pots, climbing roses, a greenhouse, a pond and open views across the fields. It is a place that has evolved over time — thoughtfully, patiently, and with a deep respect for nature.

There is a quiet beauty in gardens like these. They remind us that the most enduring spaces are rarely created all at once, but are shaped gradually, season after season.
